Join The Lanesborough for a dinner hosted by the Wine Maker of  The Bolney Wine Estate. Diners will enjoy a selection of their homegrown and award-winning English Sparkling and Still wines, including Classic Cuvée NV, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. Wines are perfectly paired alongside a four-course menu carefully curated by Executive Chef Shay Cooper in an experience showcasing the finest seasonal British produce.

Pioneers of English wine since 1972, The Bolney Wine Estate in East Sussex was one of the first, and remains one of the most beautiful English wine estates. Their team produces award-winning red, white, rosé and sparkling English wines. Hosted by Bolney’s winemaker, Cara Lee Dely, in collaboration with The Lanesborough’s Head Sommelier, Raffaele Leonardo Silvestre, guests are invited to enjoy a four-course tasting menu of modern British dishes by The Lanesborough’s Executive Chef, Shay Cooper, in a private dining setting with a group of like-minded wine lovers.

The event begins with a welcome reception and a glass of Bolney Sparkling Wine Classic Cuvée NV, followed by a four-course menu of Roast Orkney Scallop with buttered chanterelles, ricotta gnocchi, cider vinegar and truffle sauce paired with Bolney Sauvignon Blanc 2022; Roast Quail with native lobster agnolotti, chicory and caramelised onion broth paired with Bolney Chardonnay 2021; Salt Marsh Saddle of Lamb with crisp lamb sweetbread, glazed aubergine, green pepper and mint paired with Bolney Pinot Noir 2022 and a dessert of Quince crumble with Tahitian vanilla ice cream paired with Bolney Muscaris 2022. Coffee, tea and petit fours to end the meal are also included.
