Sachi is a celebration of Japanese food, culture and craft. Sachi’s head chef, Collin Hudston champions local ingredients through blends of traditional and unique techniques. Expect line-caught fish from across the British Isles prepared at their sushi counter, meat from heritage breeds cooked over coals and organic Japanese greens grown in Sussex.
The open dining room is complemented by a sushi counter, hidden vaults, a private dining room and our high ball bar. Sachi have a sake sommelier on hand, with their selection of sake curated by one of the UK’s only Sake Samurais. their Japanese whisky collection is one of London’s most extensive, and cocktails are crafted by in-house mixologists with seasonal produce and rare spirits.
