Cambridge Satchel, the British brand globally recognised for its leather bags with a twist on tradition, announces a new collaboration with Pepa London, a luxury childrenswear brand specialising in beautifully designed quality clothing. This second edition of their partnership presents a new selection of luxury children’s bags for school or the weekend, featuring signature Pepa London fabrics. A collection designed with timelessness and durability in mind.

The collaboration features three of Cambridge Satchel’s classic styles in three core colours including Vintage, Racing Green and Oxblood with Pepa London’s iconic Tweed, Check and Houndstooth fabrics. The 13 Inch Batchel Backpack in Vintage is paired with Pepa London’s Brown Tweed fabric which is reminiscent of the traditional school bags which first inspired Cambridge Satchel and is completed with a top handle and comfortable shoulder straps. The Mini in Racing Green with Pepa London Navy Check is a style that is new to the partnership; a smaller version of the classic Satchel which has a slim, detachable and adjustable shoulder strap finished with magnetic closures cleverly disguised as traditional buckles.

The collection is also complete with The Mini Bowls Bag in Oxblood Celtic Grain with Pepa London Burgundy Houndstooth. This distinctive barrel shaped bag style has been updated for modern day life with small feet to prevent the bag rolling and a detachable shoulder strap to give versatility and functionality. The Oxblood leather and Houndstooth cotton fabric perfectly matches Pepa London’s bestselling pinafore dress, a signature shape in their Back to School range.

Made in England from 100% leather with a fabric pocket, each style is practical in its own right, incorporating handles, magnetic closures, cross-body straps and a solid construction, adding functionality for children’s bags for school or the weekend.

The collection will be sold at prices varying from £200-£250 and will be available on both the Pepa London website and Cambridge Satchel’s website, and Pepa London’s Belgravia store.
