Tuesday 15th March, 6.30pm – 7.15pm
This class will be a high-intensity workout for runners, focusing on functional movement and conditioning, combining a mix of aerobic and resistance training. The session will consist of circuits, covering upper body, lower body and core. Sign up to the class here.
Tuesday 29th March, 6.30pm – 7pm
This session will consist of low-impact exercises aimed at strengthening the muscles and joints in key positions and reducing tension through dynamic stretches. The continuous movement helps to prepare your body for activity, therefore enhancing your performance and decreasing your risk of injury. Sign up for this class will open on 29th March.
