Start with a hit of umami from Sachi’s classic miso soup, followed by your very own taste of one of Sachi’s much-loved sharing dishes, from wagyu korroke to seasonal vegetable tempura. Moving on, each of the main dishes has been crafted exclusively for this set menu. The wagyu beef donburi is head chef, Collin’s absolute favourite, while the vegetable moriawase is a refreshing lunchtime choice.
