Guests looking to dine at lunch time can enjoy a three-course lunch menu for £60, with dish highlights including the Devon Ray Wing which comes with shrimps, cucumber and sauce Grenobloise, as well as the Rhubarb Tart, with a citrus curd, an earl grey infusion and lemon balm. Guests can also chose to dine on the Prestige and Discovery menus for a tasting menu that will take guests on a culinary journey, experiencing the true taste of Pétrus.
Named after one of the world’s most celebrated wines, Château Pétrus, the restaurant is the first in Europe to offer this outstanding wine by the glass. The extensive wine list includes wines from some of France’s top vineyards as well as other rare European treasures.
At the helm is Parisian-born Head Chef, Orson Vergnaud. Orson trained under the renowned Paul Walsh as Sous Chef at the Michelin-starred City Social, before securing his first Head Chef position at Le Pont de la Tour in Tower Bridge. Before joining Gordon Ramsay Restaurants he spent time working as Head Chef at the Galvin brother’s one Michelin-starred restaurant Galvin La Chapelle, and here proved to be one of the most intricate chef’s within the culinary field.
