To celebrate International Women’s Day, Pantechnicon‘s three female head chefs are hosting a dinner on 8th March in Eldr Dining Rooms. Each chef has created a new dish especially for the occasion and will be preparing the dinner for guests on the day.

To start, Shire Yu (who goes by Jacky), head sushi chef at Pantechnicon’s Japanese restaurant Sachi, will be serving a course of finely sliced trout tataki with beetroot, caviar and sumiso.

Next up is Jenny Warner, the head chef at Pantechnicon’s Nordic restaurant Eldr. Warner will be cooking the main course of British venison with salsify, wild herbs, hazelnut and lingonberry.

To finish the meal, Liza Kermanidou, Pantechnicon’s head pastry chef, will be serving a dessert of Jerusalem artichoke ice cream with miso chocolate cream.

The menu is priced at £65 per person with an optional drinks pairing available for an additional £45 per person.
