The Berkeley’s summer pop-up, Il Giardino, is a celebration of Italian cuisine in an intimate and informal setting.
The perfect summertime spot to enjoy a leisurely get-together, Il Giardino transports guests to alfresco dining in Italy with its canopy of foliage and twinkling festoon lights alongside an abundance of fragrant herb plants and olive trees.
Guests will be welcomed to Il Giadino with a relaxed menu accompanied by a list of Mediterranean wines and Italian-inspired aperitivos crafted by The Berkeley Bar team. Start the meal with warm focaccia before enjoying delicious small plates including assorted bruschetta, burratina and fritto misto. Rigatoncini cacio e pepe and tagliolini with Bronte pistachio pesto are the standout pasta dishes. To finish, think apricot crostata with amaretto ice cream and tiramisu served alongside gelato cones of Amalfi lemon and pastel peach sorbets.
