Step into Pantechnicon’s Twelv. pop up and be transported to Tokyo’s contemporary sake scene for the night. Savour four of Japan’s best sakes, paired with a refined four-course menu from Pantechnicon’s chefs.
From 29th June – 2nd July, the Tokyo based bar, Twelv., will be popping up in Pantechnicon’s studio to deliver a sake experience that’s never been done before in the UK. Twelv. is one of Tokyo’s most exclusive and expertly curated sake bars, and at the forefront of the city’s progressive drinks culture. Open by invitation only, it presents biodynamic and craft sakes from across Japan in a beautiful minimalist interior.
Now, for just four nights, Twelv. will be popping up at Pantechnicon with founder and head sake curator Tacamizuma Norihiro personally hosting each evening. Taking place inside a purpose-built space inside Pantechnicon, guests will be parachuted into the centre of Tokyo’s contemporary sake scene for the night.
During the experience, Tacamizuma will present his selection of four natural sakes, including an exclusive Twelv. bottling. Each will be paired with a food course created by Pantechnicon’s chefs to compliment the sake – some from Pantechnicon’s Nordic dining room Eldr, others from their Japanese restaurant Sachi.
The Twelv. experience at Pantechnicon is priced at £150 per person. To find out more and to book your space click here.
