Art, cooking, yoga and more this autumn

With half-term fast approaching, you might be wondering what to plan for your active, intelligent little ones. Luckily, Alma House has just the answer. Belgravia’s newest wellbeing space has a place just for children, with the goal of creating and promoting positive habits; enabling kids to explore their own nature and environment, learn about science and spirit, and nurture their souls through activities, food, and music. And the best news? Alma has an autumnal camp packed with fun-filled classes and running for both half term weeks of the 18th – 23rd and 25th – 30th October. With musical art, plant-based cooking, yoga and dance all on the timetable, there’s something to entertain and educate every child. Book your child’s place here.

Plus, if your little ones are getting into the spirit of Hallowe’en, they can enjoy a pumpkin painting class this Saturday 30th October at 3.30pm at Alma House. Book their places here.

For more artistic endeavours, MasterPeace art studios are offering a Hallowe’en-themed sketching and painting class, designed for children ages 7 -12 in their Eccleston Yards studio.

The class starts with a few fun creative exercises, drawing favourite Halloween objects, from ghotst to pumpkins and haunted houses.

Children are then guided through their favourite spooky image, learning to draw and paint with a local master of the craft. Each child will be given their own artist’s gift bag, filled with paints, brushes and other art materials that they can take home with them after the session. Reserve your child’s place here.
